Question about Bran
I've found that I can no longer drink milk and the only way I know how to get bran into my system is to have bran cereal. Does anyone know of any other products with bran in them or any meals that they eat to get more bran? — Carolyn K. (posted on December 3, 2002)

Hi, Okay I have two answers for you! First of all, maybe you can try soy
milk since you're lactose intolerant. I personally like the Silk Vanilla
soy milk, but it has sugar in it I think. The sugar doesn't bother me, but
it might be a problem for you. But the taste of soy milk in cereal is sooo
good, I'm sure you'll never want to go back to regular milk!! Also, there
are whole wheat and bran crackers that are good. My favorite is the Kashi
brand crackers. Just my suggestion, hope you find something that works for
