Question:
called bcbs/fl/ppo ins. comp. today about not covering surgery 1/2003 and

this is what the rep. said 1st. he had me on hold for a while then he came back and said that he has not heard anything about that and if they were not going to cover the surgery anymore that they would send a letter in mail I asked him if the letter would be sent after it is not covered anymore and he said no it would be before.I was wondering if anyone knew more about this and are they possibly covering up if they really did hear something like this could they really be lying to me? any info. is appreciated thank you    — Kelliann S. I got the same thing when I called my insurance. (BCBS PPO of TN). If I were you I would call your employer and ask if they have an exclusion. If they do NOT I would call him back and ask for a supervisor. I had 3 reps tell me no, and I was covered! Good Luck.
