what is a panni?

A panni is the removal of the skin hanging from your stomach, there are
different degrees. The stomach hangs to the point that it covers your
private area at can reach the tob of your thights it can also get infected
and leave a offensive oder. Some insurance companys will pay for a
Panniculectomy, not the tummy tuck. You can look on line for more

The panni is the area of skin on the abdomen, the pannilectomy is the
'removal of' the panni. And from what I understand, the pannilectomy is
the formal term for 'tummy tuck'. The abdominoplasty is the tightening of
the underlying muscles in addition to the pannilectomy.
