I'm going back to work next week, and plan to take string cheese with me
and some crackers (cheese nips, animal crackers, etc.) You will want to
have protein snacks whenever you can.

Anything you eat now would be good to take to work for a snack. WE can't
eat much anyway. I take string cheese, cheese cubes, yogurt, individual
serving size cottage cheese, watermelon, sunflower seeds (already shelled) ,
protein drink..........etc

Becky - does someone make sugar free pudding cups? If so where do you find
them? I haven't seen them when looking among the Jello cups at my local
stores. Another "portable" snack suggestion is sunflower kernels
or hickory-smoked soy nuts. Good protein sources! Also Simply Jif peanut
butter(with or without a Ritz cracker). Good Luck on returning to work! -

I take things like fruit, plain yogurt with fresh fruit if I have something
I can put in it, cottage cheese. My lunch is usually a salad or peanut
butter and sugar free jelly on rye. you can use this for a snack too. I
also sometimes purchase pretzels and the lunchable crackers/cheese/ham if I
get something out of the vending machine. Hope this helps.
