Question:
Where can I get liquid B12?
I have been taking the B12 pills, but I feel like I take too many pills already! Can I get the B12 liquid without a prescription? — emilyfink (posted on July 23, 2002)

I get my liquid vitamin B12 at Nutrition Works. It is actually a vitamin B
complex with a high concentration of B12. Nutrition Works has 3 or 4
different brands of liquid B12's and vitamin B. They also have a liquid
calcium citrate, but it tastes vile when taken by itself. It has to be
added to a juice drink or flavored milk for me.

A friend of mine orders hers online at www.trivita.com. I get mine at
Wal-Mart (it sells out fast) but it is Spring Valley brand B-Complex
sublingual liquid. Works for me. I take it every other day. You take the
little dropper, put it under your tongue, let it sit for 30 seconds and
then swallow. It tastes like concentrated orange juice in the frozen can
before it is diluted. No problem. Enjoy your journey.

I don't know it they have Smoothie King where you live, but they do have
the sublingaul (SP??) B12. This is the liquid B12 that is absorbed by
dropping under the tounge. Perfect for RNY people.

hello
i got mine at Trader Joe's or at Vitamin World
you can prolly get it online at: www.vitamintrader.com
i couldn't stand the taste of it so i now take 1 pill sublingually (from
trader joes) and it doesn't taste great but it dissolves really fast so you
don't have to keep it under your tongue for awhile like the liquid
good luck!

I get mine at GNC. It is cherry flavored and sugar free. $10 for a 60-day
supply (1000 mg) and the second bottle was $5!

you can get B12 in liquid form at GNC in cherry flavor, or a liquid Vitamin
B complex (has a high dose of b12 too) in citrus flavor. It is in a small
silver bottle with a dropper and one dropper is a serving and it isn't
expensive either. I mix mine with a glass of water, it actually becomes
flavorless with the amount of water I drink too.
