Question:
Does anyone know what it takes for Cigna PPO TX to consider this Med. Necessary?

I will be changing jobs (will be able to waive any waiting periods) and the new policy says they will cover it if it is med. necessary. I can't find any other info. on requirements. I am about 13 lbs. shy of a 40 BMI but suffer from hypothyroid, depression, high chol., leg joint pain and severe back pain(limits range of motion). ANy info os appreciated!    — Jenn J.
