Question:
If my employer agrees to pay all/part of the cost of WLS can he use it as a tax ded.?

I know I can get a tax deduction if I itemize (and meet criteria) What about my employer (a 4 person partnership...) This may be a long shot, but atleast it is a shot! :P    — Jenn J. (posted on June 30, 2002)

No he can not use it as a tax deduction. You can if your medical expenses meet a certain level. Please consult a tax professional on this.
