Question:
Does anyone know where I can get the nutritional info for WENDY'S chili?
I ate half a small container of WENDY'S chili and I really want to know what the damage was. has anyone else had this? It is good and I was hoping high in protein. THANKS!! — Shannon L. (posted on June 22, 2002)

According to my new Bible for WLS, "The Complete Book of Food
Counts" by Corinne T. Netzer, Wendy's small chili has 210 calories, 15
grams of protein, 21 grams of carbs, 7 grams of fat, 30 mgs of cholesterol,
800 mgs of sodium and 5 grams of fiber. I highly recommend this paperback
book, it gives TONS of info on popular brand name items as well as many
restaurant/fast food chains. - Anna

Forget the nutritioal values, what about the burning it will give you on the
way out. I tried eating a small amount of chili and needed a halon
enema...Greg
