Question:
My dr told me not to take anything with Vitamin E prior to surgery...

But I cannot find a vitamin that doesn't have vitamin E. I want to take a supplement--can anyone recommend anything?    — Kay S. (posted on June 10, 2002)

Okay, I am not a medically knowledgeable individual...but I do believe the vitamin E also acts as a slight blood thinner?? If I am wrong...I am sorry, but I think that is why my surgeon told me not to take it prior to surgery...Good Luck Karan
