Question:
where should i expect to be
i am 5'10 and i think i started out around 345 cause i gained more weight where can i expect to be in a year and how important is it to exercise i started to exersice but i stopped the doctor said it was tooo soon what are the chances that i will make it to my goal of 190 now im 11 weeks and down 48 pounds — Latisha M. On this site there is a Weight Loss Planner. Key in your high weight
before surgery and a chart will come up to let you see if you are on
target. I love it and refer to it all the time. It's on the left-hand
side of the menu on the home page for AMOS.

Wow, we have a lot in common. I am also tall (5'9 1/2) and started out at
407 lbs. I have the goal weight of 190, same as you. I am approximately
14 months post op and have lost 180 lbs. so far. I have 36.5 lbs. to goal,
and I'm determined to make it. You can too!
