Does anyone know the policy for Indian Health Service & wls

I have insurance through my employer that has denied me but I also qualify for Indian health sevice. My tribe has compacted IHS but I believe they still must offer the same coverage as Indian Health Sevice. Does any IHS out there cover WLS. If I were on medicaid, I would have already been approved.
