It is the dairy... back off the milk and you will see a huge difference.
You shouldnt be drinking that much milk anyway... it is liquid sugar. Use
soy milk or water in your protein drinks... and stick to using just a bit
of the low fat skim milk cheeses. I know that you have done well so far,
but you should be getting out of the milk habit so that long term the high
carbs wont bite you.

The nurse at my doctor's office suggests that we drink hot tea with lemon
when we have gas. I don't know why, but it seems to help. She also says
to use a decent tea like earl grey, not your standard Lipton type. Hope
this helps you.

Since you are nine months out, I wouldn't think it would be lactose
intolerance, but you could try not eating/drinking dairy for a few days and
see what happens. Have you been trying any new foods? White bread and
pasta have sorbitol (alcohol sugar) and it will cause gas, bloating and
diarhea in some people. Dairy products are an excellent source of protein
AND calcium. Since our goal is to eat as normally as possible and to get
our nutrients through our food and not supplements, if you can tolerate
them, eat them. Good luck solving the problem!
