Question:
Can you please tell me if anyone eats Weight Watchers or Health Choice Entrees?

I eat them sometime for lunch. They are quick and taste good. I also eat
pot pies, pizza and anything else I like-just in smaller amounts. I am
post-op 20 months and have maintained my weight now for over 6 months.

I have eaten these meals. I'm not the cooking type, for some reason,
cooking makes me nausious or I lose my appetite. These meals are good
especially if you want something savory or spicy just to cure those if I
don't have something soon, I think I will die moments.

I like the Lean Cuisine dinners. I can eat about 1/3 of one. I eat the
protein first, then the rest. They're good and fast and I don't have to
cook a little portion of something just for me :-)

I'm 13 months post op, lost 102 pounds so far, and I LIVE on those things.
I wouldn't eat at all if it weren't for those. I'm away at school, living
by myself, and don't have the inclination nor the time to cook for just
myself. They can also be a good source of protein if you look at labels.

I LOVED the healthy choice and Lean Cuisine Entrees before surgery but I
have discovered that they now make me dump. Many of the entrees have very
high carbs in them which breaks down into sugar, I was SICK for about an
hour after eating a cheese canaloni Lean Cuisine. The previous poster was
right, many dishes are a good source of protein but be careful about the
carb amount. Good luck and enjoy!

I eat them at least a couple of days a week because they are easy to take
to school and just toss in the microwave. I have had no problems with them
and I have been eating them for well over a year.

At 11 months post-op, I find Lean Cuisines to be a perfect portion size for
me. Yes, they're expensive (about $2.50-3.00), but they're a lot cheaper
than buying restaurant food you can't finish! Ideally, I like to make a
meal at home, but when I can't, Lean Cuisines are the way to go!

I'm six months post-op, down 101 lbs., and regularly eat Healthy Choice,
Lean Cusine, Weight Watchers' Smart Ones and Nutrisystem meals. My surgeon
recommends them at this point, in fact.
