Has anyone had the surgery in or around Rockford ILL and used pulic aid medicaid

I can't personally answer your question, but I did a little research for you. Go to this page http://www.obesityhelp.com/morbidobesity/insurers2.phtml?State=IL Scroll down and you will find several members that have used Illinois medicaid. Included is their e-mail address.
