Does anyone have Health Keepers insurance?

Anyone out there have any success with healthkeepers? My Daughter keeps getting no from Healthkeepers She is in need of Quick Help She is having Severe back pains...and they all tell her HAVE THE SURGERY but Healthkeeprs says NO What can she do. I had Healthkeepers insurance until I found out that they absolutely would not cover this type of surgery. I switched to Cigna and they are covering it.
