Question:
I suffer from chronic pain, how will all the medication I take effect the stomach?
Having to take pain meds to help ease my neck, shoulder, knee etc. I have to take several different meds a day. Will having to take so much medication change my approval for surgery? — Lorraine D. (posted on July 4, 2001)

So this means that every time I walk I put almost 7000 pounds of pressure
on my knees and hips? Is that comparable to the weight of a large truck?

I'm sorry Lorraine that earlier post almost sounded as if I ignored your
question. I haven't I just didn't know the answer to it and should have
said that. I can guess that you may have to change to a medicine that is
easier on the stomach. I have wondered that as well for myself, but I'm
hoping once I loose the weight I won't have the chronic pain anymore.
