Question:
I am now 9 months post op & am having vomiting problems.

I have lost about 110 lbs & about 6 months ago I starte to vomit on small amounts of food.This became worse & more often. Now I vomit 3 ounces of soup. I seem to now vomit everyday, even liquids. I have had 3 dilations done & am seriously considering a reversal. I am so frustrated to be living on liquids again. I wonder if anyone else has had any vomiting problems?    — Teresa R. Some people need to be dilated every so often. I was prone to marginal ulcer which works similarly--snugs down the stoma. Also, if you have any kind of ring or band, that might be an additional mechanical thing that can go awry. When I was feeling bad with my ulcers, I asked me if I'd rather be 260+ with ulcers (since I was prone) & no breath and hideous comorbs or 110 with an ulcer. Easy choice. But that is how I work with hardship and not everyone was as sick as I was going in.
