Question:
Still hoping to hear from some Kaiser members located in the San Jose Bay Area.

I especially would love to hear from locals that have had their surgeries at Kaiser South San Francisco since July of 2000. Or anyone local that is going thru Kaisers path of hell seeking approval for this surgery. Recently I found Kaiser's website and would encourage anyone with Kaiser Northern California to go online, go to there member services site and express your dismay or delight regarding the service you have or have not recieved. I myself have not had an easy time of this and really let them know how I felt and what should be done. The have contacted me and will supposedly get back to me with answers or attemp to help me. Hi. I responded via email, but I wasn't sure if it went through. I have had a terrible experience with Kaiser Santa Teresa. Check out my bio to learn more. Basically, IMHO, they don't want to give anyone this surgery and really don't care. I live in San Jose also--I'd be happy to meet you sometime.
