You can join the yahoo groups OSSG-NewEngland at www.yahoogroups.com/ossg-newengland There are many people there that have used Dr. Randall. I have attended many of his support meetings and have decided that if ever my own surgeon was to leave town, I would use Dr. Randall instead. I am VERY impressed with him. Many people on that list have used him and I have heard nothing but raves. Please join that list and start asking questions. You will find the answers you need. Dr. Randall did my surgery (out of Hallmark health Hospital in Medford). He's wonderful, honest, frank and very caring. No question is left unanswered. My friend, her mother and her sister also were operated on my Dr. Randall. I'm 9 months post op and so happy I went through with this. Good Luck
