I too experience nausia at taking vitamins. I have tried childrens
chewables, cannot tolerate them, I have tried other vitamins, cannot
tolerate them either. I finally bought some mens one a day(yes, I am a
female)I figured it is better to get some vitamins than none. The mens are
smaller and therefore I can tolerate them better. Another thing to consider
is liquid vitamins. Good luck.

The following information about oral spray vitamins was presented again
this year at the annual meeting of the ASBS to surgeons, physicians,
nurses, and other healthcare professionals from the bariatric field. I had
the priviledge of meeting Erik Klein, the host and director of this website
at that meeting, and answer vitamin-related questions from time to time
when patients inquire about an alternative to vitamin pills and their
negative side effects. KareMor oral-absorbed sprays (spray on the inside
of the cheek) are certified pure by the U.S. Pharmacopeia and are listed in
the Physician's Desk Reference as the most absorbable vitamin form. For
further information, go to www.credden.mybsns.com
