Does anyone have any information regarding the following:

Does Medi-cal cover bariatric surgery? If so, what is the criteria eg. what must your weight-height ratio be? What must your BMI be? Do they require co-morbidities? Etc. Would sincerely appreciate any advice or information that anybody can provide.    — TL R. (posted on August 30, 2000)
