Question:
Does the application process have to be so long!!!!!!!

My insurance carrier is Kaiser/Santa Teresa in San Jose California I have researched this very carefully and have decided this is the solution for me. Spoke with my doctor who agrees that I fit all the criteria for approval, but he emphasized that the process for approval will take a year. I do not want to wait that long. I want the madness to stop as soon as possible. Has anyone had experience, not just with Northern California Kaiser, but the Kaiser Santa Teresa site in particular. Any advice from anyone as to who I can provide me with advice, contacts at Kaiser, any information specific to my insurance carrier, or a doctor I can contact to expedite this process I would be eternally greatfull!!!!!!!!    — Terilyne R.
