You may have some success if you contact University Mednet in Euclid, Ohio. Phone 383 8500. Or University Mednet in Mentor, Ohio 440 2550800. The have many speciality of physicians there and are associated w/ University Hospitals of Cleveland which does gastric bypass surgery. Dr Thomas Stellato at University Hospitals is a board certified surgeon. I did not need a referral. I just called his office and made an appt. His phone no. is 216 8443021. Good luck!!
