Here is the info for the cookbook: Bariatric Bunch Cookbook (no fat, low fat cookbook) Use the same address as above and mail $12.00 check or money order. This includes postage. The order form also says that "proceeds will go to our local hospital for equipment that will be suitable for obese patients." Now the issue I have is from November 99 is about 12 pages. There are several articles by M.D.s and Ph.D.s there is a question and answer section, obesity internet directory, a recipe of the month etc. I found the paper to be very informative.
