Hi Sandy, I don't know the doctor you're asking about. Sorry! However, if you're looking for a surgeon in Colorado, I'd highly recommend Dr. Merlin Otteman in Fort Collins, CO. He's been doing weight loss surgeries now for several years and has a lot of satisfied patients...like me! I had an Open proximal roux-en-y gastric bypass done by Dr. Otteman on March 2, 1999. Hi, My name is Lori, and I had surgery in March of this year. Dr. Jeffrey Oram Smith did the surgery, however, he is in the office with Dr. O'Rourke. I did see Dr. O'Rourke while in the hospital and I liked him very much. The doctors in this office have been performing this surgery since 1979. I had a very successful surgery, as well as a very timely recovery. I was back to work a week after surgery. I recommend them highly. PS. I have lost 78 lbs since March 22nd! Lori
