Question:
Has anyone heard of or had a Revision to the Micro-pouch surgery?

I am just three years post-op and have recently gained back 47lbs of the total of 110 lost. I had the Sapala Wood Micro-pouch surgery. I was told it COULD NOT stretch, but low and behold! I realize I haven't gained back enough to require a revision-YET! But I was just wondering if anyone had heard of someone having a revision to it done yet?    — Patricia H. (posted on May 10, 2005)

OMG i just had that operation also-Sapala-Wood Micropuch on April 7, 2005 and I was told the same thing that it could not stretch-Hmm that makes we want to ask the Dr. next week. From what I've heard there has never been a revision. Did you get this done at the CORI Centers? If so, I would definately call. Good Luck, Barby
