Question:
Has anyone been approved for surgery by CHA since 01/01/05?

CHA denied my first request for surgery because I did not have a HgbA1C > 8.0 for > or = 12 months. Has anyone else had that difficulty since 01/01/05? If you were approved, what helped your approval? I am waiting for a decision, to come before 03/31/05, after a teleconference. Please advise.    — [Deactivated Member] (posted on March 31, 2005)
