Anyone know what a Carnitine deficiancy is?

Here's a link with some information. The end of the article says that the
best sources of Carnitine (or L-Carnitine) is dairy and red meat. So, if
you have been limiting those things, that would explain the deficiency. If
the fat content is a concern, try low-fat cheese, cottage cheese and
eggs/egg substitutes.
