Question:
Does anyone know of some exercises that I can do while

swimming that help to tone the abs (stomach) and the sides of the breast area? I swim usually for 2 hrs a day 5-7 days a week and I do so many laps and I run in the water and do arm exercises and jumping jacks, etc.    — Beverly S. (posted on September 14, 2003)

Hi there, there are two that I can think of - one is called the mule kick - you hang on to the wall with your hands and have your feet about 1/2 way up on the wall, you then kick your legs out behind you and bring them back to the wall again - I do about 3 sets of 20. The other is out of the water on the edge of the pool - lean back with your hands on the pool edge and kick your legs out - 3 sets of 10.
