Question:
Does anyone have a recipe for homemade high protein bars??
Most commercial ones make me dump, the coatings are just too much! I know there has to be a way to make them at home. Please share and thank you so much! Wendy — Wendy H. (posted on July 20, 2003)

Have you tried the Atkins bars? They claim to have zero sugar.

I don't "dump" on the commercial ones, but I do get very serious
diarhea from those AND most protein powders.

The best homemade one I have made is the recipe from Kathi of Hawaii. It
is posted on Crow's website at www.92inches.com. It is delicious. Just
remember to add some water. Enjoy
