Is LAP-RNY covered through Blue Cross HMO?

Hello! I have BC/BS Health Options (HMO) and although denied the first time, I was approved after appealing. I had my surgery 2/19/03 and I've lost 67 pounds. Email me if you'd like!! Good Luck!

I had a lap rny and was covered 100% by BC/BS HMO of ill. That was almost 8 months ago and I am down about 130lbs. (:

I have Anthem BC/BS (Bluecare) of CT. BC/BS told me that my LAP-RNY is covered 100% (with semi-private room). I do have to pay a $250 co-pay...but I think it's worth it!
