Question:
Has anyone used Twinlab's LPP Regular Hydrolyzed Collagen Protein?
I haven't found a protein supplement that I like, so I thought I'd try this one. A two tablespoon serving has 15 grams of protein and 0 carbs. It is a whey based product. — Ro S. (posted on January 6, 2003)

I use the LPP Cheramino (same thing, tart flavor), but only once/day. I use
4T = 30g. It's collagen, and that's not quite a complete protein on its
own, nor does Twin Lab state that it is. I use whey for my other servings.
I, um, tasted the LPP regular. Whoa. And they say you have to be of
strong willpower to do the Cheramino! Just give me chocolate & I'm a
happy girl!

I just happened to buy this stuff the other day. I, too, haven't had any
luck finding a protein supplement that I like so I thought I'd give this a
try. Let me tell you, this stuff isn't any better taste wise, actually
worse IMHO. By itself the taste compares to battery acid! I tried mixing
it with some juice, which helped a little, but that yucky taste was still
there. Not sure if I'm going to return it or keep trying different
combinations to make it taste half way decent. I knew it was too good to
be true! :-)
