Question:
What's are good substitutes for powdered sugar and corn syrup in holiday recipes?
I've read from the web site's library about what to substitute for brown sugar, but I need to know about what to use instead of corn syrup and powdered sugar for my holiday baking. Any suggestions? — lezawomack (posted on December 15, 2002)

I might be able to help with the powderedsugar part of your question.
3/4 cup Splenda Granular
2 Tbsp. Cornstarch
Place ingredients in a blender. Cover and blend until it's a fine powder.
This makes about a 1/2 cup.
