Question:
Has anyone been approved for WLS using this insurance?

I would like to know..and what doctor was the approved surgeon? I already looked in the insurer section, but they only ppl that listed this insurance never updated their experiance. Any info greatly appreciated.    — Tracy L. (posted on December 2, 2002)
