Ok ALL OF YOU OVER 50..25 LBS FROM GOAL
I NEED YOUR HELP. I'm tring to get that last 25 lbs off..and i have such a big appitite..im bringing salads to work..drinking protein drinks in the am trying to walk as much as possible..like today i walked to the post office instead of driving...i like it.when the boss dont care... its just...what did ya all do to get those last few lbs off and what did you eat???? i cant seem to get the calorie count down under 1500...my dr says ill still lose just very slow...but..can you give me some hints on what to take in my lunch or how you got to goal?????? You definitely are not alone. I'm 53 and have been on a horrible plateau
for the past 4 months. I flucuate between 170# and 167# and can't get any
lower. I've tried everything suggested on this website and then some but
nothing is working!! I need to lose 25# to get to my personal goal; 40# to
reach "ideal" (yeah, right like that will ever happen!). It
seems I am way too hungary on 1200-1400 calories and the protein shakes do
nothing to kill that hunger. If you find the answer let me know please as
I am getting VERY discouraged.
