Question:
Has anyone tried the liquid Proteinex (? spelling) advertised on this site?

I got the free sample also. I thought it was absolutely horrible! But, a friend of mine said it's not that bad in O.J. Try the free sample and see if you can tolerate it in something.

I take Proteinex daily. Some people mix it with a drink. I take mine with a tablespoon. Taste takes some getting used to. You can order it thru your local pharmacy. That way you don't have to run all over town looking for it. I think it's a great way to get your protein in.

I use it everyday. My hair has gotten thicker instead of falling out. Yes the taste is not great. But I find it far easier to down it than a huge protein drink. I just take it by the tablespoon like cough medicine
