Please help by anyone letting me know who is a good KAISER primary..

... care physician that would give a referral for the gastric-bypass surgery. It seems like KAISER HOSPITAL & HEALTH PLAN are very unsupportive for this procedure. My PCP is Dr. Hsii at the Fair Oaks facility n Sacramento. He brought up the surgery to me. I said yes and I have been receiving appt cards for the necessary pre-op appts.
