Is there a Surgeon who does Lap procedure in Houston taking Texas Rehab commision?

You might try Dr. Ira Kasper on Dashwood (off Bellaire & Chimney Rock). His office told me that he accepted what insurance companies would pay and he might work with you. Good Luck
