The dr. that done surgery (john macracken of lttle rock, ar.in 88

Vicky, I'm slightly confused also, are you saying you had surgery in 1988
and don't know which surgery you had? The hospital should have records of
any operation performed in their data base and files. You should be able
to contact them and request a copy of the operative report. Good luck.

vicky, I wasn't sure exactly what I had done either. I had what was
called a "stomach stapling" back in 1984. When I began my
journey for a revision, I found out that the dr. who did the surgery had
passed away. I was able to contact the hospital where the surgery was
done. I spoke w/the medical records dept. They have a record of every
surgery ever done at their hospital. I put a request in for copies of my
record. It took about 3 days. I pick them up myself. The dr. had a
detailed explanation of exactly what he did. Are you hoping to have a
