Flintstone chewables

I too take the One a Day that is small. My problem is taking it on a routine basis. I am still dealing with a lot of nausea and the foamy stuff.

What brand is your small one a day vitamen? I bought Bayer One a Day and it is a huge pill. I am concerned it will be too big post op. thx

"One-A-Day Essentials" is the brand name of the small vitamin. They are smaller than an M & M (not that I know what size that is, of course - they are such a distant memory.) Also, Walgreens has a house brand of vitamin - also called Essentials - that are the same size. hugs, Ann RNY 9/10/99 260/124
