Question:
Need to know about veggies after surgery?

I am hoping to have surgery this summer and am waiting on June 16 for a seminar with my surgen. I know he will answer all of my questions but i can't wait. I don't eat very many veggies and was wondering how that will effect my weight loss on the other side?    — Danielle W. (posted on May 30, 2001)

Hi Danielle, My surgeons program has us eat strictly protein (no vegies) for the first 6 months or until 75% of your excess weight is off. I am 3 months out and craving vegies like crazy.!
