hi. if you can't ask your pcp for a referal, try looking for a mental health clinic in the phone book. call your local hospital and ask them if they have any clinics on site. If all else fails, call every psychiatrist in the phone book, usually the large ads are centers and they accept medicai. as for the nutritionist, the hospital is probably your best bet.
