Question:
What Nutrition Books do postops use to help them with food selections?
Hi, I am in the process of purchasing some nutrition books. Susan from VA Beach suggested The Complete Nutrition Counter by Lynn Sonberg. I ordered that book today from Barnes 7 Noble. I was interested in purchasing a few others. Any suggestions out there? Thank you very much. :-) — Mary B. (posted on April 22, 2001)

I purchased a simple nutrition book by Barrons that is a simple calorie
counter, protein ,cholesterol, carb counter, based on portion size. It is the
basic- just to keep an account of calorie and especially protein count. I
purchased it at Barnes and Noble and cost about 5 bucks.
