Anyone had any luck getting approved by BCBS PPO - Empire?

I wish someone would post an answer to your question if they know it. I wanted to ask the same thing. The website indicates that they DO pay for medically necessary Bypass, BUT the real question is: Did your employer exclude this procedure to reduce the rate of insurance for other employees? Some companies do and each policy, even though through BCBS Empire, is different based on your employers choosing. Hope yours pays for it and mine too. I'm sending in for approval next week.
