Has anyone been approved by United Healthcare options ppo through the railroad?

I have United Helath Care with the railroad, and let me tell you - I am soooo glad that I do. They approved me in like 1-2 weeks, and then about 3 days before surgery, they called, just to remind me that I was covered, and the explained to me the procedure (in case I didn't understand things fully) and that if I needed a home health nurse, that was also covered. They were so nice, and thorogh. I had no worries when I walked into the hospital. Good Luck - I think you are in great hands!!!

I had United Healthcare as well. They approved me with no problem!!
