I need a copy of the weight loss spread sheet

At one time I was sent a copy of a very neat excel spreadsheet for tracking pounds and inches during weight loss. I can't find it anywhere :-( Can someone please send me a copy if you have one. Thanks so much    — Ken P. (posted on January 25, 2001)
