Optiumi, PRO COMPLEX Muscle Building Complex, Vanilla, Chocolate,
Strawberry, 53 grams protein per 8 oz serving, available at GNC (most
expensive) Nutri-System (less expensive) and at Pacific Bariatric (least
expensive) in San Diego. Tastes great especially mixed with water, frozen
strawberries and ice, blended into a slurpee.

My favorite protein drink is the sugar-free Herbalife brand. It comes in
vanilla and chocolate and can be mixed with water, soymilk, milk, or
Crystal Light or sugar-free Koolaid. I like the vanilla made with punch
sugar-free Koolaid, half a banana, and a couple of ice cubes in a blender.
Also good is chocolate mixed with soymilk, banana, ice cubes. You can find
Herbalife dealers everywhere. Try the Yellow Pages under "health
foods."

1. ProScore 100 (chocolate) - I mix it with diet chocolate soda for even
richer taste. 32 gm protein, 160 cal
2. Extreme Pure Pro - grape is good mixed with water, but tropical punch
has a slightly bitter aftertaste unless mixed with diet Sprite. These
taste like Kool-aide and are especially refreshing after exercise. 26 gm
protein, 120 cal.

ProScore 100. But I'm a purist. I like it with water & ice. Yum! I
also use ProBlend 55 as an alternate. I just prefer the thicker texture of
the PS100.

I have been on a similar quest! And after trying many, many different
kinds of protien shakes, I have finally found the tastiest one!! It is
called "Carb solutions", Im pretty sure it is a new product, but
I buy the chocolate flavor, mix it with 8oz water, 1/2 banana, and a bunch
of ice cubes and Braun it, It is sooo good, and it has 19 grams of protien,
the actual powder has no sugar, and 3 grams of fat, only 2.5 grams of
carbs. Not sure about the banana. They sell it at Rite aid- good luck!!!
