Question:
Will United Health Care pay for Bariatric Treatment Center and if so, how much?

I have United Health Care POS and as long as it is medically necessary, they will pay 100%. My surgery is 11/27 and all I have to pay is $100 co-pay. They were VERY easy to deal with. Good luck!

I have UHC Select Plus, but it is a HMO. It is/has been a battle and they will pay $0.00 for mine. Check out my profile, I do wish you better luck than I have had. Make sure you check your policy for exclusions.

United Healthcare covers it, if medically necessay, *ONLY* if it is an option chosen by your employer. Some people are covered, some are not. Good luck.
