Question:
I have a book that tells me Carb/protein/fat gram info...

I am wanting to eat some seedless grapes and am concerned about the sugar content. I checked the data base and found nothing. I am really wishing I could stick to meat only and besides a few other things I am trying too now, I was not before. I am 2 months out of surgery and 37 pounds down. I have been eating all sorts of things and now I am back to meat and beans 3 times a day, 2 if I do my protein. Any suggestions will help. I am between 40 and 50 oz of water per day. I am shooting for a loss of 70 pounds by December 31st. Thanks for your help... Trina Open distal July 31st, 2000 Start:320.5 Now:287.5 [email protected] " I feel Wondeful"    — Courtrina Amur W. Yes, grapes are way high in sugar. We of the absolutely no milk & no sugar cult are forbidden them and watermelon, or at least ripe, ripe fruits. That isn't to say I've never touched them, but I do touch with discretion. Neither do I want to dump, nor do I care for the idea of regain. So, I am satisfied with the very occasional 3-4 grapes, vs the the bowl full I'd much prefer. If you are distal, you need far more than 60g of protein supplement a day, though, so that could be why you're craving sweets again.
