Hang in there!!! I will send you my list of WLS prep tips. It might give
you some ideas on what to do, and it will also help keep you busy for the
next week. I am 4 1/2 months post op (76 pounds gone forever), and I can
honestly say that the worrying and stress we have before surgery is so much
worse than it actually is. You will do just wonderfully!!! Start
daydreaming now about all the great things that will be happening in your
life - new energy, new clothes, better self esteem, better health, and the
great thing about it is that none of it is fantasy. It WILL happen!!!

Nicole,
I had my surgery on 9/11. So I am 2 weeks post-op. I am still very
emotional! Just be prepared to lean on your family for a few weeks and you
will be fine. I am feeling better each day! And I am down 33 LBS. Good
Luck
